Thank you for joining me today as we tap to release resistance to change.
The one thing that is inevitable is change.
It's not always an easy thing to navigate,
So first we're going to honour the resistance we feel in order to release it,
And then move into accepting it and even flowing with change.
Repeat after me,
Either out loud or in your head,
And please change the words to suit you if my words don't fit.
Tapping on the side of the hand,
Even though change feels overwhelming,
I don't know what will happen,
And I feel that in my chest,
And you just tune into where you feel it in your body and say that.
I accept myself and everything that I'm feeling.
Again on the side of the hand,
Even though change feels so overwhelming,
Part of me wants to change,
And another part wants to stay safe,
And I honour and accept all parts of myself,
Even though change just feels so overwhelming.
I accept myself and my body,
And I'm safe here and now.
Eyebrow,
Change just feels so overwhelming.
Side of the eye,
I feel this resistance to change.
It doesn't feel safe.
Under the eye,
I feel this tightness in my chest,
Or maybe you feel it somewhere else,
Just tune in.
Under the nose,
I want things to change,
But it feels scary.
Chin point,
All of this fear around change.
Collarbone,
It just feels too hard,
I can't do it.
Under the arm,
I don't want to do it.
Top of the head,
I'm not going to do it.
Eyebrow,
Can't make me.
Side of the eye,
But there is a part of me that does want to change.
Under the eye,
It's so overwhelming,
I don't think I can change.
Under the nose,
And I accept everything that I'm feeling.
Under the mouth,
It makes sense,
I feel safe when I know what's going to happen.
Collarbone,
I do want some new things in my life.
Under the arm,
Maybe I can release a bit of this resistance.
Top of the head,
Maybe change doesn't have to be so hard.
Moving back to the side of the hand,
We're going to do one more setup statement.
Even though change feels scary,
I accept myself and I'm choosing to release some of this resistance.
Even though part of me doesn't want to change,
There's another part that does,
And I'm giving that part a voice.
Even though change feels overwhelming,
I'm open to the possibility that I might be able to enjoy change.
Eyebrow,
Maybe I can make some small changes.
Side of the eye,
That would feel safe.
Under the eye,
I really do want new things in my life.
Under the nose,
What if change was easy?
Under the mouth,
What if I learned to enjoy change?
Collarbone,
Even though I have resistance to change.
Under the arm,
I'm asking my body to process and release this resistance.
Top of the head,
It no longer serves me.
Eyebrow,
Releasing this resistance from my mind.
Side of the eye,
Releasing this resistance from my heart.
Under the eye,
Releasing resistance to change from my energy field.
Under the nose,
Releasing this resistance from every cell in my body.
Under the mouth,
Releasing it from my past,
My present and my future.
Collarbone,
I'm willing to change.
Under the arm,
I'm ready to change.
Top of the head,
I'm already changing and it feels safe.
Eyebrow,
I see new opportunities to change.
Side of the eye,
I am choosing to change and it feels good.
Under the eye,
Because I'm changing,
I'm welcoming new things into my life.
Under the nose,
I'm choosing to see change as a choice I want to make.
Under the mouth,
I am empowered through the changes I make.
Collarbone,
I am so grateful to be able to change.
Under the arm,
Everything works out better than I could ever have imagined.
Top of the head,
