Thanks for choosing to tech with me.
We're going to tap on releasing resistance.
This could be resistance to anything,
A person,
A place,
An event,
Something coming up,
Or something in the past.
Just bring that to mind.
As you tune into it,
Notice how strong that resistance feels on a scale of 0 to 10,
10 being the highest,
And make a note of that.
Where do you feel it in your body?
There's no right or wrong.
Maybe you don't feel anything.
But if you can find a sensation,
Just be aware of it.
Before we start tapping,
We're just going to take breaths together.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Breathing out through your mouth.
And now we'll start tapping.
Repeat after me,
Either out loud or in your mind.
And change any words that don't land for you.
Tapping on the side of the hand.
Even though I have this resistance,
I'm open to accepting myself and my feelings.
Even though I feel all of this resistance in my chest.
Or wherever you feel it.
I'm letting my body know that I am safe right here and now.
Still on the side of the hand,
Even though I feel this resistance.
I feel it in my body.
It might be safe to look at it.
And I open up to accepting myself and my feelings.
Moving to the eyebrow.
I feel this resistance in my body.
Side of the eye.
I feel this resistance in my eyes.
Under the eye.
I feel this resistance in my mind.
Under the nose.
I feel this resistance in my heart.
Under the mouth.
I feel this resistance and I feel some grief.
Maybe you've got some emotions coming up.
Just acknowledge them.
I feel this resistance in my body.
Under the arm.
I feel this resistance in my energy field.
Side of the hand.
I feel this resistance in my nervous system.
And it might be safe to begin to let some of it go.
Top of the head.
Part of me wants to let it go.
Eyebrow.
But part of me has been holding on to keep me safe.
Side of the eye.
Part of me doesn't feel safe letting it go.
Under the eye,
Acknowledging that part that's holding on to this resistance.
Under the nose,
All of this resistance in my body.
Under the mouth.
It might be safe to let some of this go.
Collarbone.
I choose to let go of this resistance.
Back to the side of the hand.
I'm letting my body know I choose to let go of this resistance.
Side of the hand,
Letting my body know I choose to let go of this resistance.
Top of the head,
Asking my guides and higher self to help me.
Eyebrow.
I choose to release this resistance.
Side of the eye,
Releasing this resistance from my heart.
Under the eye,
Releasing this resistance from my mind.
Under the nose,
Releasing this resistance from my nervous system.
Under the mouth,
Releasing this resistance from my energy field.
Collarbone,
Releasing this resistance from my past.
Under the arm.
Releasing this resistance from my present.
Top of the head,
Releasing this resistance from my future.
Eyebrow.
I choose to release this resistance.
From all parts and pieces of me.
Side of the eye.
All lifetimes and dimensions.
Under the eye,
Releasing it from my multi-dimensional DNA.
Under the nose.
Right here and now,
I am safe.
Under the mouth.
I choose to surrender to all that is.
Collarbone.
All is well on a soul level.
And so it is.
Now just bring your hands over your heart and feel into your heart space.
Bring your consciousness there.
Taking a couple of deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And another nice deep breath in And out.
And then tuning in.
How strong does that resistance feel now?
Maybe it's come down a lot.
Maybe it's come down a bit.
You can repeat this as many times as you need to.
And remember,
Always ask your guides and your higher self for help.
They will only help if you ask.
That is our free will.
