Thank you for joining me in setting your intention for today.

We'll start by taking a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it and then breathing out through your mouth.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

We'll be tapping through the points,

Starting with tapping on the side of the hand just below the little finger.

Repeat after me either out loud or in your mind.

I am setting my intention to create a wonderful day.

Eyebrow point.

I am present,

Grounded and aware.

Side of eye.

I am connected and aligned with my highest power.

Under the eye.

Today I choose to honour and respect myself.

Under the nose.

I respect and honour my boundaries.

Chin point.

And others are able to respect and honour me.

Collarbone.

I have compassion and patience for myself.

Underarm.

I allow myself to be loved and supported by my higher power.

Top of head.

I release my need to control.

Eyebrow.

I release any negative expectations of today.

Side of eye.

I release the past.

Under eye.

I release the future.

Under nose.

I live in this present moment.

Chin point.

I am open and receptive to wonderful new things.

Collarbone.

To new opportunities and people in my life.

Underarm.

Receptive to miracles and magic.

Top of head.

I wonder what that would be like.

Eyebrow.

Today I receive my highest good.

Side of eye.

And I am so grateful.

Under eye.

I feel this gratitude vibrating through every cell in my body.

Under nose.

It is safe to trust myself and to trust life.

Chin point.

I am safe right here and now.

Collarbone.

And so it is.

All is well on a soul level.

So have an amazing day.
