Please sit down or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes and take a deep calming breath in and exhale slowly.
Allow your body to relax and your heart to open.
Bring your awareness to your chest,
Noticing the sensations there.
With each inhale,
Invite comfort.
With each exhale,
Release sorrow and heaviness.
Visualize a gentle,
Warm light surrounding your heart.
This light brings understanding,
Compassion,
And gentle healing energy.
Allow yourself to feel whatever emotions arise without judgment.
Silently repeat,
I honor my feelings.
I release what I cannot change.
I allow healing to flow into my heart.
See memories and emotions floating gently like clouds,
Softening and transforming.
Feel love returning to your heart as grief gradually eases.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Allowing healing energy to fill every part of your being.
As this session comes to a close,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this sense of comfort,
Hope,
And renewed strength with you wherever you go,
Wherever you are.
Healing is a process and it's perfectly okay to revisit this meditation as often as you would like to.
Each time you return,
