This soothing guided sleep meditation is designed to help you gently release tension from your body and quiet your thoughts so that you can drift into deep, restorative sleep. You’ll begin by lying comfortably on your back and scanning your body for areas of tension. Through simple breathing, you’ll learn to release stress on each exhale and invite calmness on every inhale. You’ll also be given space to let your mind process any lingering thoughts before setting them aside for the night, allowing your mind to clear and soften into quiet. As the meditation unfolds, you’ll be guided through a slow countdown from one to ten, helping your body grow heavier, your breath become steadier, and your mind more peaceful with each number. By the end, you will feel deeply relaxed, calm, and ready to welcome a night of restorative, refreshing sleep. This is your time to let go, feel safe, and allow sleep to wash over you with ease.
