Greetings.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your hands relax.

Let your body know it can rest here.

This is a moment for you to release what has felt heavy,

To honor what has carried you.

As you breathe,

Imagine you're standing at the edge of a new season.

Behind you is everything you've moved through.

The lessons,

The losses,

The small victories,

The difficulties,

The growth you may not have even noticed.

If a part of you feels tired or still holding on,

Let's pause and acknowledge it.

You can whisper gently to yourself,

It's okay to let go.

It's okay to rest now.

You've done enough.

You've given enough.

You've become more than you were at the start of this year.

Take a slow inhale through the nose and release it through the mouth.

With each exhale,

Imagine letting go of something that no longer serves you,

Old habits.

Self-doubt.

Comparison.

Worry.

Guilt.

Let them drift away with your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now,

Say quietly like an affirmation of release.

I let go of what I cannot control.

I release what no longer aligns with my peace.

I make space for ease,

Clarity,

And grace.

Notice how your body feels as you speak those words.

Lighter.

Freer.

More open.

More positive.

This isn't about forgetting the past.

It's about loosening your grip on what no longer needs to come with you.

Picture a warm light at your heart.

Soft.

Golden.

Steady.

Everything you've learned.

Everything you've loved.

Everything that has shaped you.

And from that light,

New energy begins to flow.

Gentle.

Calm.

Full of possibility.

This is your reminder.

You are allowed to start again.

Repeat after me.

I trust the timing of my life.

I honor how far I've come.

I am open to new beginnings.

Take one final deep breath in.

And exhale fully,

Completely,

Releasing the old and welcoming the new.

As you move forward,

May you carry only what nourishes you.

May you trust what's unfolding.

And may you walk gently with grace,

With gratitude,

And with peace.

Thank you for practicing with me.

You
