Greetings and welcome to this nighttime reflection.

As the day comes to a close,

Let's release lingering thoughts and embrace rest.

Find a comfortable position,

Soften your breath and let's begin.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Allowing the day to fade.

Reflect on something that brought you peace or joy today,

No matter how small.

Now,

Acknowledge any tension or stress.

With each exhale,

Imagine it dissolving like mist.

Whisper to yourself,

I have done enough.

I release this day with gratitude.

Picture yourself sinking into softness,

Completely supported and at ease.

Take one last breath,

Releasing any remaining thoughts.

When you're ready,

Allow yourself to drift into rest.

Enjoy.
