Greetings.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this space.

As you inhale,

Imagine breathing in calm,

Steady energy.

As you exhale,

Let go of tension,

Releasing what doesn't serve you.

Now,

Feel the ground beneath you,

Solid,

Unwavering.

No matter what is happening around you,

This ground is always here.

If you are carrying stress,

Worry,

Or uncertainty,

Notice it.

Where does it sit in your body?

Now,

Separate from it.

Imagine placing it outside of you,

Perhaps on a leaf floating down a stream,

Or as a cloud drifting away or across the sky.

It exists,

But you are not it.

Now,

Take a step back in your mind's eye.

See yourself watching this feeling from a distance.

It is just one part of you and you are much bigger than it.

Now,

Shift your awareness to the part of you that is wise,

Calm,

And steady,

The part that knows what you need.

This part is always here,

Even when the noise of the world gets loud.

It's unshakable.

Place a hand on your chest and take a deep breath.

Feel this inner wisdom expanding,

A steady,

Quiet knowing that you can handle whatever comes your way.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am more than my emotions.

They do not control me.

I trust myself to navigate life's challenges.

I am grounded,

Strong,

And unshakable.

Let these words settle deep within you.

Take one last deep breath in and exhale,

Feeling lighter and more in control.

Gently bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this unshakable calm and confidence into your day.
