Good morning.

This meditation is here to help you start your day with calm confidence by reconnecting your strength,

Your clarity,

And your worth.

You don't need to feel fully ready.

You just need to arrive.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale through your nose fully and exhale.

Let your body begin to wake up.

Let your mind soften into this moment.

As you breathe,

Notice what's already supporting you,

The ground beneath you,

The rhythm of your breath,

The strength that lives inside you,

Even if it feels quiet today.

Now,

Silently repeat after me or say the words out loud if you'd like.

I welcome this day with openness.

I am grounded,

Steady,

And capable.

I trust myself to meet whatever comes.

I don't have to be perfect to show up fully.

There is space for both joy and imperfection today.

Take a breath and feel that settle in.

This morning,

You get to begin again.

You don't need to carry yesterday's doubts.

You don't need to fix everything today.

You just need to move forward with presence and self-kindness.

Place a hand on your chest or over your heart if that feels good and let these words land.

I am enough for this day.

I bring value by being myself.

I have everything I need within me.

Let yourself take that in,

Not as pressure,

But as truth.

Let's take three final breaths together.

Inhale confidence.

Exhale self-doubt.

Inhale clarity.

Exhale pressure.

Inhale peace.

Exhale slowly.

Gently with ease.
