Take a moment now to settle in a comfortable position.
Allow the body to be supported.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through the nose.
And softly exhale.
Again,
Breathing in.
And letting go.
One more time.
Full inhale.
Easy exhale.
Let the shoulders soften.
Let the jaw and clench.
Let the hands rest.
And for a few minutes,
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Now imagine fresh oxygen entering the body with each inhale.
Clean,
Steady energy arriving exactly where it is needed.
The lungs receive it effortlessly.
The bloodstream carries it wisely.
Take another slow breath in.
And exhale fully.
Now travel inward in your mind.
Down to the tiny cells that make up you.
Millions of living spaces,
Quietly working on your behalf.
Inside many of these cells are tiny centers that create energy for the body.
They have not forgotten how.
Even now,
They are working for you.
Quietly,
Faithfully.
Slowly.
Imagine these cells beginning to brighten.
Like lights slowly turning on across the city at dawn.
One by one.
Steady.
Natural.
Awakening.
Energy returning in the ways it can today.
No force.
No pressure.
Just gentle renewal.
Take another slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Release what feels heavy right now.
Mental fog.
Pressure.
Tension.
Anything you no longer need to carry in this moment.
Again,
Inhale fresh energy.
And exhale fatigue.
One more breath.
Inhale support.
And exhale strain.
Now gently ask your body,
What do you need most today?
Listen without pressure.
Perhaps it is rest.
Water.
Movement.
Silence.
Stillness.
Kindness.
Fresh air.
Trust what comes.
Your body is wise.
Now imagine every cell in your body hearing these words.
You are supported.
You may restore now.
Energy is returning.
Take a final deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Wiggle the fingers.
Move the toes.
Bring a little movement back into the body.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
