Close your eyes,
Take a slow breath in,
And a complete breath out.

Inhaling gently and exhaling fully.
Let the body soften.
Today,
We are going on an inner journey.
Imagine you have the ability to travel inside your own body,
To witness the miraculous systems working for you every moment.
You do not need to know anatomy,
And you do not need to get anything right.
Your imagination is enough.
Whatever you see is perfect.
Perhaps you travel in a tiny vehicle,
Or float gently on a red blood cell,
Guided exactly where you need to go.
Let's begin.
You arrive at the brain,
The command center.
Billions of connections firing,
Communicating,
Adapting.
Perhaps you see light pathways flashing like stars,
Or perhaps a bustling control room.
Wise workers managing breath,
Memory,
Hormones,
Movement,
Emotions.
The brain keeps so much in motion.
Take a moment of gratitude.
Now gently ask,
Is there a thought here ready to be updated?
An old belief,
I'll always feel this way.
I can't change.
It's too late.
Notice what arises.
And now imagine replacing it.
A new pathway forms.
A new message enters the system.
I am changing.
My body can restore.
I am capable.
Healing is possible.
See this upgrade integrating now.
Now travel down into the lungs.
Two great wings of life.
Breathing for you,
Day and night.
Take a deep inhale.
And exhale slowly.
Again.
As you breathe in,
Imagine fresh energy entering every space.
And as you exhale,
Release fatigue,
Pressure,
Stagnation.
Take another breath.
Imagine this breath calming the nervous system.
Sending the message.
You are safe now.
One more breath.
Oxygen flows into the bloodstream.
Carried where energy is needed most.
Beautiful.
Now arrive at the heart.
Soft,
Steady,
Rhythmic.
Faithful.
Beating thousands of times each day without needing applause.
Feel its devotion to you.
Notice blood flowing outward.
Delivering nourishment everywhere in the body.
Now sense the energetic heart.
This is the place of love,
Longing,
Courage,
Grief,
And tenderness.
Ask quietly.
Heart,
What are you longing for?
What do you need from me?
Now send gratitude to your heart.
Send warmth,
Kindness,
And appreciation.
And let the heart receive.
Now become aware of the nervous system.
The vast network of communication.
From the brain,
To the spine,
To every corner of the body.
Perhaps you see glowing threads of light.
Any color.
Surrounding the body,
Moving through the nervous system.
And notice where the system feels rushed.
Or maybe guarded.
If parts of it feel tired or alert.
And no judgment here,
Just noticing.
Now imagine soothing light washing through every nerve.
Signals are slowing.
The shoulders are softening.
Jaw is releasing.
The belly unclenching.
And the whole system is remembering.
I do not need to stay in survival mode.
There is room now for repair.
There is room now for energy.
Travel now to the belly.
Your center of nourishment,
Intuition,
And transformation.
This is where our food becomes fuel.
Where nutrients become energy.
Where the body decides what to keep and what to release.
Place a hand on your belly.
Only if you like.
Ask your belly.
What would help me digest life more gently?
Maybe less rushing.
Or more rest.
Maybe simpler nourishment.
More trust.
More listening.
Listen to what your belly has to say.
And send warmth here.
Let the belly soften and feel supported.
Now if you can imagine your transportation vehicle inside your body shrinking even smaller.
Let it enter a single cell.
Inside is astonishing activity.
Tiny engines producing energy.
Nutrients entering.
Waste leaving.
Repair happening.
This one cell knows exactly what to do.
Ask this cell.
What would help you thrive?
More water.
More rest.
Movement.
Sunlight.
Peace.
Nutrition.
Joy.
Contentment.
Whatever arises is welcome.
Now imagine giving that gift to this cell.
Watch it brighten.
Now multiply that healing to every cell in your body.
Millions of cells receiving exactly what they need.
And notice the energy awakening.
Your life force returning.
Now slowly rise back into the awareness of the whole body.
Breathing.
Resting.
And alive.
And take a moment to thank your body for all it does quietly.
For all it continues to do.
And for the wisdom it carries.
Take the time to notice one thing you've learned today.
One thing that you now know you need.
And commit gently to honoring it.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
