Today we'll do a gratitude meditation.
Of the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Grab a comfortable seat or lie down.
Feeling the support of the structure around you.
Take a deep breath in.
And a slow exhale.
I am grateful for my body.
It is my guidepost.
It lets me know when it needs support.
I'm grateful for my mind.
It connects my inner and outer worlds.
It's a powerful tool.
I can choose to change my thoughts and my actions,
Allowing me to make good choices for myself.
I am grateful for my spirit,
For the thing that is greater than the flesh and bone of ourselves,
Where intuition and gut feeling reside,
Where connection to something greater than ourselves lives,
Where there is meaning and purpose.
I am grateful for my body,
My mind,
And my spirit.
