Begin by first sending some love to yourself.

In your mind,

May I be happy.

May I feel safe.

May I be filled with joy.

Think about someone you love.

Let's send some love to them.

Again,

Say in your mind,

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you feel safe.

And may you be filled with joy.

Next,

Think about all the kids in your school or neighborhood.

All the kids in your city and state.

And around the world.

Next,

Let's send every living being love.

Say in your mind,

May everyone be happy.

May everyone be healthy.

May everyone feel safe.

And may everyone be filled with joy.

Take another deep breath in and out and feel the happiness in your heart.
