Hi,
Welcome to this quick energy boost meditation.
You can do this meditation anytime during the day,
When you feel like you need to refresh and re-energize your body and mind.
So make yourself comfortable sitting on a chair,
Or if you are on a floor,
Then place a cushion under yourself,
So that your spine is nice and straight.
Gently close down the eyes,
Soften the shoulders,
Allow your hands rest in your lap,
And maybe face the palms upwards,
So that you receive energy.
And let's take one deep breath together,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
And just visualize some sparkling golden energy entering your body from the top of your head,
And cascading down throughout every part of your body,
All the way down to the tip of your toes.
Just feel this energy everywhere in your body,
Sparkling,
Tingling,
Energizing your whole body.
Really soak in the energy,
Feel it rippling through your entire body.
And let's take three grounding breaths,
Maybe you can place your hands on the belly and the chest,
Breathe in through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Again breathe in,
And breathe out.
And one more time,
Let's breathe in together,
And out through the mouth.
Maybe bring a gentle smile onto your face,
And welcome yourself back to the here and now.
When you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
