Hi,
My name is Dieke and welcome to the Femme Embodiment Quest.
This is day number 18 and the theme,
The word that we're working with today is intuition.
Our intuition is one of our feminine superpowers and literally our body is designed in such a way as women that we tend to have a bigger pineal gland,
Which basically is a part of our brain that is able to sense and to pick up things without that being necessarily logical or something that we can physically see.
However,
This doesn't mean that it's just a made up thing.
It's actually something that your body is able to do.
Specifically as women,
We are even more sensitive and our system is designed in such a way to have our awareness in many different sort of places,
Many different realms.
So not just the physical one,
But also the energetic one.
Besides that,
Our intuition is basically trying to guide us,
Attract us to where life,
Where our soul,
Wants to go.
Basically it's this yes,
Go there.
Do this,
Choose that.
Now,
Sometimes we then interfere with our logical mind with trying to analyze it,
With trying to find the reason and therefore we're sort of holding back,
Disconnecting from that flow.
One of the easiest ways to really listen to your intuition and to really empower yourself to start really trusting your intuition is by connecting to your body and actually not by trying to make it logical because very often initially your intuition isn't And so in today's practice,
We're going to drop into the body and connect to our yes.
See if we can find our yes in our body,
In our life.
And we're going to be using the actual word yes also.
Where in a previous video we also worked with our no.
So that's also a very powerful thing to do to connect to your anger in a healthy way to really understand where is your no.
But where no is a boundary,
I often say yes is a boundary too.
Yes basically shows you where to go and automatically says no to other things.
So I'm gonna invite you to basically follow your yes.
That's the invitation of today.
I'm going to ring one bell which marks the start,
Three bells mark the end and we're going to just start down on the mat and then maybe move up also depending on where your yes takes you.
Take a moment here to place your hands in front of your chest,
Connecting to that theme,
That word of today,
Intuition.
You And so if we really want to start listening to our intuitive embodied yes,
Then what's important is that we get out of our heads and into our bodies first.
And so we've been practicing this a lot during this quest.
But I want you to explore for yourself what that means,
How you can do that using breath,
Movement and sound as the three keys.
So maybe you like to shake your body here.
Maybe you like to stretch,
Take a deep breath.
Maybe make a sound.
So take a minute or so here.
To really get connected to your body by using breath movement sounds.
Ahhhh.
Oh,
Alright.
Mmmmmmm.
Now.
Grrrr.
It's also really helpful to touch,
To squeeze your body.
To sort of remember,
Oh yeah.
I have this body,
There's so much wisdom here.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Amazing.
One more deep breath in.
Ahhhh.
And then wherever you are at right now,
That's a perfect starting point.
So it might be lying down,
Sitting,
Standing up.
And we're going to speak the word yes out loud three times first and then slowly adding more movement also.
So just standing up,
Relax your body.
Feel the support of the ground in whatever shape or form you are right now.
And then taking a breath in.
And just say yes.
Yes.
I'm letting that side out.
And again,
Finding a way to say yes.
Yes.
Love our time.
Yes.
And so you hear it in my voice.
I'm just exploring with different frequencies,
Different types of yeses.
Yes.
Yes.
So once you've said yes a few times.
From here,
I want you to start.
Trusting the movement of your body.
And every time.
When you're noticing,
Like,
Oh,
This is a really good one,
I'm feeling a yes,
Then you say yes.
And it can be different sorts of yeses.
Like the yes isn't always super loud and fiery and yummy.
Sometimes it is.
But your intuition can also be very soft and a little tender.
Maybe there is a yes to an opening to a cry and some grief that needs to come through or some anger that needs to be let out.
But that can still be a yes.
But can you continuously keep following the current of your intuition of your body?
Where does it need to go?
Can you follow your yes?
Let's go on an exploration hunt together.
Yes.
So.
.
.
Yes.
Yes.
Boom!
Oh yeah.
Yes.
Yes.
And so you keep moving.
Keep finding your yes.
Where does your body want to move and when you're noticing this like oh yes this openness or this is like this is hitting the spot you say yes trusting wherever your body guides you and affirming that with an actual yes with your voice connecting the yes to the feeling in the body Yes.
Oh,
I can give extra expression to that.
Yes.
In whatever way it comes through.
Yes.
Yes,
Yes.
Yes.
Bye-bye,
Yeah.
Ugh.
Yes.
Oh,
Yeah.
You Oh,
Yes.
Yes.
Ah,
Yes.
Let's see what else we have here.
Ah,
Yes.
Yes.
Hmm.
Yeah.
Yes.
Yes.
Oh,
Yeah.
More.
Yes.
Yeah.
Hmm.
Yes.
Oh yes.
Um,
Yes.
Oh,
Yes.
Ooooooooooooooooooooooo Last 30 seconds or so here of following your yes.
Discovering where is your yes?
Where do you intuitively want to move?
Where are you attracted to?
Yeah.
Oh,
Yeah.
For a lot of years.
Ooh.
Yeah.
And then finding a way to come to stillness.
Whether that's sitting,
Lying down,
Standing,
Depending on where you're at.
I'm just taking a moment to let that practice integrate.
Allow yourself to become a witness.
What's happening in your body.
It's happening in your mind.
What's there to sense or to feel?
And placing your hands in front of your chest,
These three bells mark the end of this practice.
Thanking yourself for showing up.
And remember to trust your yes today.
Trust your intuition.
Let your body guide you.
