Welcome to the Frequency Tower Meditation that is also a visualization.
Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath through your nose and out through your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in deeply through your nose and release through your mouth.
One last time,
Breathe in deeply through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Let your body settle,
Feel the support beneath you,
You're safe,
You're here.
Now imagine that you're standing in front of a tall tower.
This is the frequency tower.
It reaches high into the sky and it's made of translucent crystals that pulls with different colored lights.
This tower broadcasts emotional frequencies and every person's nervous system is turned to one of these frequencies based on what they absorb in their childhood.
As you look around the tower,
You see it has different levels,
Each one glowing with a different color,
Each one broadcasting a different emotional frequency.
I invite you to walk closer to the tower.
As you approach,
You start to notice a control panel at the base.
On this panel,
You see different frequency sections listed,
The stress and worry frequency glowing red and orange,
Pulsing rapidly,
The achievement and never-enough frequency glowing bright white,
Flickering and intense,
The numbness and going through motion frequency,
Glowing with gray,
Barely moving,
The fear and bracing for crisis frequency,
Glowing dark purple,
Constantly and expanding,
The joy and awareness frequency,
Glowing warm gold,
Flowing and rhythmic.
Look at that control panel.
There is a dial that shows you which frequency you are currently tuned to.
Which station is your nervous system receiving right now?
Don't judge what you see,
Just notice.
Maybe the dial prompts,
Maybe the dial points to stress and worry,
Maybe achievements and never-enough,
Maybe numbness or maybe fear.
This is your inherited frequency.
The station your nervous system has been tuned to since childhood.
Now,
I want you to turn around.
Behind you,
You see a path leading to a small house in the distance.
This is your childhood home.
Walk toward it.
As you get closer,
You can see inside through the windows.
It's a typical evening when you were young.
Maybe you're five,
Maybe eight,
Maybe 10 years old.
Look inside.
See your family,
Your parents or caregivers.
Notice the emotional temperature of the room.
What frequency is this house broadcasting?
Notice if people are tense,
On edge,
Worried.
The house will glow red or orange.
The stress and worry frequency.
Notice if people are focused on achievement,
Performance,
Never satisfied.
The house glows bright white.
The achievement frequency.
Notice if people are shut down,
Going through emotions,
Emotionally unavailable.
The house glows dull gray.
The numbness frequency.
Notice if people are bracing,
Waiting for the next problem,
Can't relax.
The house glows dark purple.
The fear frequency.
See the color.
Feel the frequency emitting from this house.
This is the frequency you absorbed.
This is what your nervous system learned was normal.
This is what feels like home.
Now you see yourself as a child inside that house.
See your younger self absorbing this frequency.
Their little nervous system tuning to it like a radio finding a station.
They didn't choose this.
They just absorbed what was in the air.
What was modeled.
What was safe.
Place your hand on your heart and speak to that child.
You can repeat after me.
You absorbed this frequency because it's what you knew.
It's what you were surrounded by.
It wasn't your choice.
It was your inheritance.
And you did nothing wrong.
You were just learning what normal feels like.
Take a breath.
Now watch that house begin to fade.
The image become transparent.
And you can see through it to something behind it.
Behind your childhood home,
There's another house.
This is your grandparents' home.
Walk past your childhood home and approach this older house.
Look inside.
See your grandparents.
Notice their emotional frequency.
Maybe it's even more intense than your parents' house.
Maybe the stress frequency is louder.
They survived the depression,
The war,
The trauma.
Maybe the achievement frequency is stronger.
They had to work hard to just survive.
Maybe the numbness is deeper.
They had to shut down to endure.
See the color.
Feel the frequency.
And recognize that your parents inherited this frequency from them.
And they passed it down to you.
Not because anyone wanted to harm you.
But because unprocessed frequencies get passed down.
Place your hand on your heart and repeat after me.
I see the frequency you were given.
I see that you passed down what you knew.
I don't blame you.
I understand now.
And I have to change the station.
Not to abandon you.
But to complete what you couldn't.
Take a deep breath.
Now turn around and walk back towards the frequency tower.
As you walk,
Both houses fade behind you.
You're leaving them there.
With compassion.
With understanding.
But you're walking away now.
You're arriving back at the tower.
Standing in front of the control panel again.
Look at the dial showing your current frequency.
The frequency you inherited.
And notice there's a button next to the dial.
It says choose new frequency.
You have a choice now.
You're not a child anymore.
Passively absorbing what's around you.
You're an adult.
And you can choose which frequency to tune into.
Look again at the frequency options.
A joy and awareness frequency.
Glowing warm gold.
Flowing and rhythmic.
This is the frequency of presence.
Of peace.
Of allowing yourself to feel good.
Of being here now.
Living in your body.
Not waiting for everything to be perfect.
Not earning happiness through achievement.
Not bracing for disaster.
Just being.
And feeling.
And allowing joy.
Place your hand on the dial.
Feel that texture under your palm.
It's warm.
Real.
Solid.
And slowly.
Consistently.
Turn the dial towards the joy and awareness frequency.
As you do.
You feel the shift in your body.
The frequency you have been turned to for decades begins to fade.
A new frequency begins to come through.
At first,
It might feel unfamiliar,
Strange,
Maybe even uncomfortable.
But that's okay.
Unfamiliar doesn't mean wrong.
It's just being new.
It just means new.
Keep turning the dial until it locks into place at joy and awareness.
And now,
Look up at the tower.
The section glowing warm gold begins to brighten.
And that frequency,
That warmth,
Flowing,
Rhythmic frequency,
Begins to broadcast directly to you.
Feel it entering your body.
Where does it land?
In your chest?
In your belly?
In your throat?
This frequency feels like permission to be present.
Safety in feeling good.
Trust that joy won't be followed by disaster.
Allowance of aliveness.
Peace doesn't require perfect circumstances.
Breathe in.
Let it fill your entire body.
You may notice resistance.
Part of you will say,
This doesn't feel like home.
This feels wrong.
Go back to familiar.
When you notice that,
Place your hand on your heart and say,
This is my new frequency.
This is what I'm choosing.
Familiar doesn't mean healthy.
And I'm allowed to choose different.
I'm allowed to feel joy.
I'm allowed to be alive.
Stand there for a moment,
Receiving that new frequency.
Let it recalibrate your nervous system.
Let it become the new baseline for you.
As you stand there,
You notice something appealing next to you at the base of the tower.
A small glowing seed.
Golden and warm.
Pulsing with joy and awareness frequency.
Pick it up.
Hold it in your hand.
This seed represents your new frequency.
And you get to take it with you.
You can plant it in your life,
Whether it with daily practice.
Let it grow.
And as it grows,
It will broadcast this frequency into your daily life.
Into your relationships.
Into your future.
Into the next generation.
Place the seed in your pocket or in your heart.
Feel it there,
Warm and glowing.
You're no longer bounded to the frequency you inherited.
You have chosen a new station.
You are recalibrating.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the joy and aliveness frequency pulsing through you.
And know that you can return to this tower anytime.
Anytime you notice yourself slipping back into the old frequency of stress,
Achievement chasing,
Numbness,
Fear.
You can come back here.
Stand at the control panel.
And consciously choose again.
The dial is always in your hands.
And now I invite you slowly to begin to come back to full awareness.
Back to the room where you are.
Feel your body.
Wiggle your toes and fingers.
Take a deep breath in.
And when you're ready,
Keeping that golden seed in your heart,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
You have just witnessed your inherited frequency.
You have seen where it comes from.
And you made conscious choice to tune into something different.
The frequency you chose today becomes the baseline of your life from tomorrow.
