Today I want to invite you to this visualization awareness practice that will connect you with yourself.
The first thing you need to do is to agree that you're going to be completely objective and honest with yourself because you cannot change anything until you're absolutely honest with yourself.
It's like writing in a journal,
Like you will never lie to yourself in the journal.
It's an honest representation of where you are right now.
I want to bring your attention to the fact that you cannot change anything unless you're aware of it.
So this is an awareness practice where we're going to start with tuning in to the body and we're going to tune in into our emotions and then we're going to tune in into our mind.
We're just going to see what's going on there and then we're going to see how in the relation are they affecting each other.
Now this might be hard for some people because most of us aren't actually occupied in our bodies.
Most of us are living in our heads all day long and we're in complete disconnect with our bodies.
We don't know what's going on in our hips or in our back.
Many of us become aware of what is going on with our bodies only when we go to a chiropractor and they press on our lower back or hips.
Then we notice this tension and tightness there.
This happens simply because you're not aware of what's going on in your body.
Part of this awareness practice is learning to listen to the language of the body,
To connect with it and to start occupying all of its parts yourself.
So let's just go into it.
Right now simply just close your eyes.
You're here and now.
You don't have to do anything.
Just listen to my voice and allow me to guide you through this awareness practice to reconnect your body and mind.
Just start to bring your energy inward.
Maybe just tuning into your breath.
How is it right now?
Just take one deep breath in through the nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Start to tune in into your physical body and just notice.
Are there any sensations in your physical body right now?
Let go of the emotions.
Let go of the stories that is going on in your mind.
Just focus on the physical sensation and the part of this is bringing awareness to your physical sensation.
While focused on this physical sensation,
Can you put it into words?
To help you discover it you can say I'm noticing this in my physical body.
Search for it.
And you can go ahead whenever you feel ready.
Just say some of the sensation that you're noticing in your physical body.
Where exactly you're feeling this sensation?
In what part of your body?
Be specific.
Focus your attention to that sensation.
Be curious about this sensation.
Get to know it.
Right now you're tuning in into your emotional body.
Sometimes we have this surface level emotions that are present.
While focused on this emotional sensation,
Can you put it into words?
Are there any emotions that are present for you right now?
To help you discover it you can say I'm feeling.

.
And just finish the sentence.
Say it out loud.
The first thing that comes to your mind and let it be free.
You will see some more will come out as well.
Just notice those emotions.
You don't need to change it at all.
Just be focused on those emotions.
Be curious about it.
Where in your body are they?
We've brought your awareness to the physical body and dropped into the emotional body.
Let's move up into the head and in the mind now.
Is there any stories or repetitive looping thoughts or anything going on in the mind right now?
To help you discover it you can say the story is in my head is.

Or you can say in my mind I'm imagining.
.
.
And just finish the sentence.
Pay attention to those stories.
What are they telling you?
Just observe them for a moment.
Be curious about it.
So we just did checked in with our physical body,
Our emotional body,
Our mental body.
Now from this place just notice and see how they're all connected.
Are they connected at all?
The sensations in your physical body,
Is it connected to the emotions in your emotional body?
And is it connected to the stories that you're playing in your mind?
Is there a connection in between all of those?
Be curious.
Explore it.
For most people it's very clear.
They're absolutely connected.
There is nothing that needs to be said.
Just in your mind,
In your awareness,
You're just seeing it how they're all connected right here.
You're bringing and you're remembering the mind,
The body and the emotions.
From this place just check in with yourself.
What is that you want?
What is that you desire?
Most of the time we think we know what we want.
But we didn't actually consult with ourselves.
We didn't actually consult what's going on in our body,
What's going on in our emotions and what's going on in our mind.
So from this place of connection,
What is it that you want?
It could be something small right now,
In this moment.
Something to help you discover it.
You can say right now I want.

And just finish the sentence with the first thing that comes to your mind.
Now you're connected with yourself.
This place can provide you with a lot of awareness that you need anytime you want.
You can come back to it at any time by using this guided practice which helps you tune in into your body,
Emotions and mind and reconnect with yourself.
At this moment,
Feeling reconnected,
Calm and happy,
You're slowly becoming more aware of the room you're in and the noises around you.
You're becoming more aware of your toes and fingers.
And when you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and open your eyes and come back to full awareness.
