Namaste,

I am Devi and I invite you to take a soft inward step today towards the tender part of you that may still be waiting to be held.

We'll journey gently with love towards the little one inside,

The version of you that still longs to be seen,

To be heard and fully accepted.

Find a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to be supported.

Close your eyes if that feels right and take a moment to simply arrive.

Let's take a few gentle breaths together,

Like a quiet hugs from inside out.

Inhale through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale peace and breathe out anything that is heavy.

One more time,

Inhale calm and exhale surrender.

Let your breath now fall into its natural rhythm,

Effortless,

Steady,

Like a lullaby from your soul.

Now imagine a place where you once felt safe as a child.

It could be a room,

A tree or a corner in your grandma's house or a space only that you know.

Let it form in your mind.

Notice the colors,

The air,

The quiet details that made you feel held.

Now imagine your younger self walking into the space.

What age are they?

What are they wearing?

What emotion do you see in their eyes?

Walk towards them slowly.

There is no rush.

Let them see you.

Let them know you.

You have come back for them and you're here now.

Bend down,

Look into their eyes and gently say,

I see you.

I love you.

I am here now and I always will be here with you.

Feel the connection between you,

Soul to soul.

No judgments,

Just presence.

You don't need to fix or explain.

Just be with them in love.

Now imagine wrapping them in a gentle embrace.

Feel their body soften.

Feel yours soften too.

If they want to speak,

You listen.

If they want to rest,

Let them rest.

Take a moment in silence now.

Simply holding this little one,

Letting them feel safe for maybe the first time in a long time.

Let your breath stay soft and steady.

Let this moment be your offering of love.

You may place your hand over your heart now.

Feel the warmth of your own presence.

Gently whisper,

You're not alone.

You are safe with me.

I'll keep showing up for you.

Breathe in and let that promise settle deep inside you.

Now with gentleness,

Imagine your younger self smiling or maybe simply resting.

As you slowly step back,

Knowing the door between you will always be open now.

Bring your attention back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Take one last deep breath in and a soft breath out.

You have done something sacred today.

You have remembered a part of yourself.

You have offered love where it was long overdue.

May this love ripple into the rest of your day and may your inner child always feel safe with you.
