Allowing the moment.

Find a comfortable position wherever you are.

If it feels right,

It is right.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze and let your shoulders drop and allow yourself to arrive.

Let your breath settle into its own rhythm.

There is nothing to fix.

Nothing to change.

Just this moment.

Just this breath.

Inhale.

Feel the expansion.

Pause.

Exhale.

Feel the release.

Pause.

Let yourself be weightless.

Let the breath carry you.

Breathe in acceptance.

Pause.

Breathe out expectation.

Pause.

Breathe in acceptance.

Pause.

Breathe out expectation.

Pause.

There is nowhere else to be.

Just this moment.

Just this stillness.

In this space of stillness,

Offer yourself kindness.

Silently say to yourself,

May I be at peace.

May I be present.

May I trust this moment.

Feel these words settle into your heart.

Let them be carried by your breath.

Inhale deeply.

Pause.

Exhale gently.

Pause.

Excellent.

Feel the breath.

Notice your breath.

How it moves in and out.

Steady and calm.

There is no rush.

No need to leave this feeling.

Simply let the breath guide you.

Inhale deeply.

Pause.

Exhale gently.

Natural vision.

You can return to this breath at any time.

This space is always here.

This breath is always here.

So when you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe roll your shoulders gently.

And gently open your eyes.

You are here.

And you are enough.
