Allow yourself to release any tension you may be holding to with each breath.

Let your breath be your guide,

With each inhale,
You are breathing in peace,
Calm and relaxation.

You're letting go of any tension,
Stress or discomfort.
And you feel your body softening with every breath.
Now turn your gaze upwards very slowly.
Now try to open your eyes.
Very slowly and try to imagine that you're seeing or that you're staring into a very deep bright light.
I invite you to stare deeper and deeper into this light and try to imagine that you start feeling yourself feeling more relaxed your eyelids are becoming more tired,
More heavier and you in general will become more sleepy.
