Now open your eyes.
And look over your head.
Don't lean your head backwards,
But simply open your eyes and look above your head.
You can even imagine that you are staring into a very bright light.
Stare deeper and deeper into this light and imagine that you can feel it shining deep into your eyes.
I'm going now to count back from five all the way down to zero.
And as I count,
I invite you to count with me in your mind.
And imagine that with each number we count,
Your eyelids feel more heavy,
Tired,
And sleepy.

Let your eyelids close all the way down and relax your body completely.

Now that you have taken a deep breath in,
Just send a wave of relaxation throughout your body.

Let go of any mental blockage,
