If you find yourself overthinking, replaying conversations, or trying to figure everything out to feel safe, this meditation will gently guide you back into your body. Overthinking is not a flaw. It’s a protective pattern your nervous system learned to try to stay safe, often rooted in earlier experiences where certainty or emotional safety was not always available. In this guided meditation, you will be supported to move out of the mind and back into the body using gentle breathwork, heart-brain coherence, and inner child connection. This practice may help you calm overthinking and mental loops, reduce anxiety in your body, feel more grounded and present, reconnect with a sense of inner safety, and stop trying to figure everything out. Please note: This practice is intended for general wellbeing and does not replace professional medical or psychological care. If this meditation helped you feel calmer or more connected, let me know in the comments. Wishing you a clear mind and body. Love, Delyth x Music: The Sleeping Prophet, Jesse Gallagher
