I embody the mystery.

I embody the mystery.

When going through any sort of traumatic event,

We tend to lose a part of ourselves.

I know I did.

I lost my curiosity for life and afraid to move forward.

That first year after my brother had passed,

I had no idea what was happening to me.

Tears that would stream down my face day and night.

It was like turning on a tap and I couldn't turn it off.

Coming in and out of what I know now was the quiet armor.

I didn't know that then.

My whole body would be frozen in time and I couldn't move.

Bricks upon me and heaviness within.

Ten months after my brother had passed,

I showed up on the yoga mat for the very first time with a good friend.

That was the beginning of witnessing a drop of curiosity.

I didn't cry for 60 minutes.

The years progressed.

The curiosity would come back periodically.

I would witness the pendulum swinging from highs to low.

What I know now,

Years later,

Is the state of neutral is a good place to be.

When I witness the old programming of feeling uncomfortable and not safe from the external world,

I stop,

I pause,

And I go in.

I reset.

I would have a conversation with my internal landscape,

Bringing my hand to my heart,

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are grounded.

I would begin to notice the shift,

The flow of the waters,

The internal fountain moving with grace,

A sense of grounding,

A sense of being mindful and letting go of the illusion of what was.

Let's begin.

Softening into the body,

Entering your internal castle,

Exploring the different rooms and sensations within.

Stay curious and find a quiet space and in this moment,

Finding some means of love and compassion for yourself that you're willing to go in and explore.

How courageous you are to take this adventure with me.

I'll have you find a comfortable position that feels comfortable for you,

Either laying down or sitting tall on your sit bones and gently softening the gaze of your eyes and softening the body.

If you are sitting tall on your sit bones,

Relax the shoulders and lengthen the spine.

I prefer to lie down and allow the earth to hold me.

As we enter this meditative state together,

I'll have you bring your focus to your breath.

Take a deep inhalation and exhale through the mouth.

Let everything go.

Take one more deep inhalation and exhale through the mouth.

Let everything go.

Allow yourself to be in observation mode.

Allow yourself to be the witness of your breath.

Observing the rhythm of the breath as she rises and falls.

Is the breath warm or cool?

As you witness on the inhalation and the exhalation,

Bring one hand to your chest and bring the other hand to your stomach and with your external voice,

I'll have you repeat,

I honor your wisdom.

I am listening.

I love you.

Take a deep inhalation and exhale through the mouth.

Let everything go.

A deep sigh and exhale.

Another layer of softening.

Let's explore your internal castle.

Inside,

There are different rooms with crystals and gems.

Each room consists of joy,

Laughter,

Love,

Pain,

Sadness,

States of neutral.

The hidden gem,

The room of the internal arousal.

Allow any of these sensations to flow through you organically.

Like a waterfall,

Like a slow stream.

You find yourself in the middle of the castle.

What sensations are you feeling?

In this moment,

Just observe it.

And if you feel any sort of heaviness,

Send your breath there.

Send love there.

With your internal voice,

On every inhalation,

I will have you say in,

And on every exhalation,

I will have you say out.

In.

By doing so,

You're training the mind to be present.

You're training the mind to be in the now.

If at any time you hear the monkey talk,

Come back to in and out.

In and out.

Allow the thoughts to flow through you very organically.

It takes time to train the mind to be present,

To be mindful,

To be in the body,

To feel safe and to feel grounded.

Take a deep inhalation and exhale a softening into the essence of your authentic self.

It is safe just to be in this moment.

With your external voice,

I'll have you repeat,

I am safe.

I am neutral.

Take a deep inhalation,

Grounded in the mystery of the exploration of your internal world,

Your internal castle.

You are loved and supported by your higher self in this moment.

Embody this sensation.

Connect to this internal intelligence.

Tap into it now.

Take a deep inhalation of thanksgiving and exhale what no longer serves you.

Feel the frequency of love guided and protected.

Anchor into the sensation in this time and space.

The flow of the internal waters in the middle of your castle,

Embodying the essence of your authentic self,

Coming home to your internal intelligence,

Supported by love.

Feel her heartbeat leading with a soft heart.

Inhale.

By grace,

You are home.

Another layer of softening into the now,

The heart of your castle,

Your internal intelligence.
