Welcome to this guided meditation.
Brought to you.
By Create the Calm.
Begin by letting your attention arrive where you are.
That there's nothing to fix and nothing to solve.
Just notice that you're here,
In this moment.
With a body that's already supporting you.
You don't need to change your experience in order to begin.
Let yourself register something simple and stabilizing.
In this moment.
You are here.
The breath is moving.
The body is present.
There is enough steadiness.
To notice what's happening inside of you.
Now let your attention soften.
Begin to notice how much of your inner experience is filled with voices that aren't your own.
Thoughts shaped by past advice,
Expectations,
Responsibilities.
Imagined outcomes.
And learned ideas about what's right or responsible.
Now you don't need to argue with any of these.
Just notice that they're present.
For a moment,
Allow them to step back.
From the center of attention.
Not pushed away,
Not resisted,
Simply no longer leading.
Now bring attention back into your body.
Breath moving.
Weight supported.
The simple felt sense of being here.
There's nothing to analyze.
Only sensation.
As it is.
Now bring a real situation to mind.
Something you're currently navigating.
A decision,
A conversation.
A direction.
A choice that hasn't fully settled.
Don't solve it.
Don't analyze it.
Simply let it be present in the background while you stay connected to your body.
Now gently ask yourself.
What would I choose?
If I felt safe trusting my intuition.
And then pause.
Let the question exist without immediately moving into reasoning.
Notice what arises in response.
No arguments,
No explanations.
No justification.
Instead,
Notice the first subtle signal.
There may be a quiet leaning forward.
Or leaning away.
A softening or a tightening.
A sense of expansion or a sense of contraction.
A pull towards something.
Or a gentle withdrawal from it.
This is the language of the system before thought organizes it into words.
This is the muscle of discernment.
It doesn't speak in reasoning.
It speaks in nudges.
Your work here isn't to justify it.
You're not building a case for it or against it.
You're not proving that it's correct.
Your work here is to notice it clearly enough now that it's not overridden by mental noise.
Because the mind will always try to catch up.
It'll offer reasons.
Logic.
Counter-arguments and predictions.
That is what minds do.
You don't need to stop it.
You simply don't let it lead.
Let the signal,
The felt signal,
Come first.
Then,
If clarity is present,
It'll be simple.
A quiet yes.
A quiet no.
A sense of alignment or misalignment that doesn't require explanation.
If it's unclear,
That is also information.
It may mean that the situation is still forming.
Or that more time is needed.
Or that the signal is too entangled with fear or pressure to interpret it clearly.
Discernment isn't about forcing certainty.
It's about learning to recognize what your system already knows before the thoughts take over.
Over time.
This becomes more familiar.
The nudge becomes easier to recognize.
The difference between fear and signal.
Becomes clearer.
The body begins to speak in a language you can trust more consistently.
Not because it's perfect,
But because it's yours.
There's no need to decide anything in this moment unless something is already naturally clear.
Only noticing.
Only feeling.
Only recognizing the signal beneath the reasoning.
And once more.
Gently ask yourself.
What would I choose?
If I trusted my intuition.
