I invite you to find a comfortable seated position.
Let the spine be tall but relaxed.
And then close the eyes and take a deep breath in.
Bringing awareness to your body and to the breath.
Feeling the breath flow into your body.
Now bring to mind the day ahead.
And instead of thinking about everything you have to do,
I invite you to ask yourself gently,
How do I want to feel today?
Maybe it's calm.
Maybe you want to feel focused.
Maybe kind.
And I invite you to choose just one word and let that word settle into your body.
What does this word feel like?
Now imagine moving through your day with this feeling.
Feeling.
Speaking.
Acting.
Responding from this place.
And take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
You'll anchor this intention within you.
Breathe it into being.
And throughout the day you can always come back to this word,
This feeling,
This intention anytime you need to.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and begin your day with this feeling.
