Close your eyes and just begin to soften.

There's no need to change it to influence it whatsoever.
Just notice.
Feel the air moving in and out.
Let your shoulders drop.
Relax the jaw.
Unclench your hands.
Feel the weight of your body being held by the earth,
By the mat,
The chair,
Wherever you are.
There's nowhere else to be but right here.
You can imagine roots growing down from your body deep into the ground,
The earth,
Anchoring you,
Supporting you.
You are grounded.
You are safe.
You are home.
You are present.
Take another slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and exhale fully out through the mouth.
Bring your left hand to your heart,
Your right hand to your belly.
Feel your heartbeat.
Feel your presence.
You are here.
You are enough.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
