And this full moon is inviting us to really release and let go of anything that is not serving you.
Detoxing from anything or anyone that is not of your highest good.
And I really want you to focus on the root chakra,
The base of your spine.
And just imagine you have beautiful,
Beautiful roots shooting out of that spine,
Beautiful,
Brilliant white cord.
And it shoots down your legs and out your feet and smashes into the earth,
Into the crystalline grid,
Right down into the center of the earth.
And you'll see a beautiful stone that is suspended in the middle of the earth.
This is your healing stone.
You choose.
You choose the color.
You choose the shape.
You choose the feeling.
Imagine your roots and cords wrapping around this and bring it back up the way that it came until it gently grounds and pulls you back to the earth.
You are now grounded and rooted and connected to Mother Earth.
Now just imagine this beautiful feeling coming up through your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Releasing anything in the shins,
The knees.
Fear is not allowed in this beautiful,
Beautiful spiritual body,
This beautiful spiritual being having a physical experience on earth.
We're releasing and letting that go,
Bringing this beautiful energy up through the thighs and the buttocks until it reaches just to the hip area.
Imagine a figure eight,
The infinity symbol.
You can actually start moving your hips along if you'd like.
We're releasing any tension.
Maybe we're having a little fun.
Maybe you're wiggling a little bit.
Whatever it is,
Have fun with this.

We're bringing this beautiful energy up to the root chakra.
We're invoking Chokurei,

The healing and the releasing and the detoxing will go wherever it's needed.

Clearing that off,

Bringing this up to the sacral chakra,

Infusing up to the heart center where the soul sits,
The heart and soul.
This is who you are.
Really welcome that in.
Fully feel that.

We're releasing.

The only energy is love.

We're also releasing any attacks,

Anything that has come against us is now being released and let go.

Healing has no timeline.
Now we're bringing this up to the third eye.
And just imagine this light switch,
