Five-step soul level healing process.
Repeat the following quoted segments either quietly to yourself or out loud.
Number one,
Recognize.
I recognize I am struggling with and insert the issue of your concern.
This might be an illness,
A challenge in a relationship,
The inability to buy a new house,
The loss of a job,
Or the loss of someone you love.
Two,
Accept.
I accept that hidden behind this situation are some negative emotions such as one,
Two,
And three.
So name approximately three negative emotions associated with the issue at hand such as anger,
Sadness,
Frustration,
Betrayal,
Tiredness.
Now allow yourself to freely look back over your life to see if there are any other times when a person or event caused you to feel,
Most of all,
The same negative emotions.
After one or more events or persons that come to mind,
Note who or what they are because you will be surrendering them all in the next step.
Number three,
Surrender.
I surrender my current crisis,
All related people,
And past events,
As well as all the related causes known or unknown to you.
Then spend a moment feeling and visualizing the old burdens and wounds being lifted out of you and up into the sky,
Into the light.
Also,
Use your breath to viscerally release the old wounds on the next few exhalations.
Number four,
Refill.
I refill all the space left by the issues I just surrendered with all that God truly intends for me,
Including love,
Peace,
Joy,
And abundance.
Then as you inhale deeply,
Imagine drawing light down into your heart center from the heavens.
At the same time,
Concentrate on such words as love and self-worth,
Or any other words that you enjoy,
Peace,
Joy,
Abundance,
Wholeness.
That most depict the God-like state of consciousness you desire.
In so doing,
You are reprogramming your heart and soul with these new patterns.
After anchoring these qualities via the words and the feelings into your heart center,
Exhale slowly as you visualize the light spreading from your heart center to every cell of your body,
Bathing you completely.
As you do this,
Allow yourself to hear the words,
And so it is.
Then repeat this process approximately one to two dozen times.
Next,
Spend at least five to ten minutes visualizing and feeling your life as you would like it to be.
Look at each major aspect of your life,
Such as health,
Finances,
Relationships,
And work.
Ask yourself,
If I am indeed filled with love and self-worth,
Or whatever words you've chosen,
What would my life look and feel like?
Respond by visualizing and feeling the answer in a living form as though it is already happening right now.
For example,
If you were to choose to see yourself healthy,
You might visualize and feel yourself exercising in a form that you enjoy.
Perhaps yoga,
Qigong,
Hiking.
See yourself doing the yoga postures and the feeling effects,
The feelings in your body.
This might include seeing and feeling your joints being more open and your body less stiff or sore.
Number five,
Give thanks.
I give thanks for this healing miracle.
I give thanks for all the people and past events that arose during this session.
I also give thanks for all the people and events that I choose to release,
As well as to the new life that I've taken time to visualize.
The universe is already beginning to manifest those changes in my life,
And so it is.
