Hello and welcome.

Thank you for joining me on this guided meditation to rebuild your self-trust and return to the wisdom of your heart.

Please take a moment to arrive here,

To meet yourself exactly where you are.

Allowing your breath to soften,

Your shoulders to drop,

Just letting your body know that you are safe here.

If it feels right,

Gently close your eyes and feel the gentle rhythm of your inhale and your exhale.

You don't need to force anything,

Just be here.

This is a meditation for those ready to return,

To return to love,

To return to harmony and to return to the truth of who you really are.

You may be tired,

You may be holding stress,

Burnout or anxiety and you may have forgotten what it feels like to really trust yourself fully.

But underneath all of this,

Your self-love still lives and this,

This is your journey home.

Please breathe in gently,

Allow the air to touch your heart and expand your chest and breathe out softly,

Allowing the tension begin to melt.

You are not broken,

You are not behind and you are not lost.

You are simply peeling back the layers,

The layers of fear,

Confusion,

Doubt,

Worth,

Sorrow and the self-protection that you once had to convince yourself that you were anything other than whole and full of love.

Pause here and let that just settle in.

You have already carried a lot,

You've walked through fire others may never see and still your heart remains still open,

Still wise and still waiting.

Your heart has been holding the light,

It knows the way and it's calling you back.

In your absence from love,

You may have experienced fear,

Illness,

Exhaustion and separation,

Not only from self but to those around you.

But those are not your truth,

They are merely signals asking for reconnection.

Love should not be a performance,

It is not perfection.

Love is your natural state,

Your origin and your anchor.

Under the weight of old beliefs,

Identities and expectations,

There is a place in you that remains untouched,

Unburdened and whole.

This is your center,

This is your heart and your heart is wise.

Inhale deeply to fully receive yourself and exhale gently to release the noise.

You are not here to fix yourself,

You are here to remember yourself,

To reclaim the truth that you are safe to trust again,

To trust your body,

To trust your path,

To trust your heart and to trust love itself.

This may not be easy,

There may still be doubt,

There may still be days when the weight returns but let this moment be a seed,

A seed of remembering,

A seed of self-trust,

A seed of inner peace.

Say quietly to yourself,

I remember who I am,

I am love,

I am harmony,

I am whole.

Allow your nervous system to feel that,

Let your inner economy shift.

You are allowed to soften,

You are allowed to heal and you are allowed to rebuild on your own terms.

Not because everything is perfect but because you are worthy of life that nourishes your soul.

Now take one final breath in and let it clear out what no longer serves you.

Letting it anchor in your truth,

Allowing it to remind you that you are not your fear,

You are not your past,

You are love and you are becoming again and you are safe to trust yourself.

Now when you're ready please gently return,

Just wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Feeling the space around you,

Opening your eyes with softness and letting your next step be one of clarity,

Of calm,

Of kindness and of wholeness.

Your heart remembers and now you do too.

This is the journey of love toward love and you're exactly where you need to be.
