Hello and welcome.

This is your daily space to reset,

To breathe,

To come back to the now.

Please sit comfortably,

Placing one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Allow your body to relax,

To sink into this moment and to feel safe.

Let it feel still.

This practice will entail inhaling for six counts,

Holding for six,

Exhaling for six and holding once more for six.

We will do this for three rounds with me counting with you and we'll conclude with one final round where you will be able to empower your own sequence.

Let your breath out be a reset.

Now as you've softened your breath and come back into your body,

Feel your feet on the ground.

Feel your hand on your heart.

You've returned to yourself.

Please allow this simplicity to stay with you.

You can reset at any time of the day and at any moment,

Just by coming back to your breath.
