And I am honored to guide you through this practice.
Today's meditation focuses on aligning and opening your throat chakra,
The energy center of communication,
Self-expression,
And speaking your truth.
This practice will help you release blockages,
Step into your confidence,
And align with your inner voice.
Before we begin,
Let's take a moment to ground ourselves with a simple box breathing exercise to invite calmness and focus.
Let's begin our box breathing exercise by taking a deep breath in for a count of four,
Four,
Holding our breath for a count of four,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Slowly exhaling through the mouth for a count of four,
Three,
Four,
And pausing at the bottom of the breath for a count of four,
Four.
Let's do it again together.
Take a deep inhale in,
Four,
Hold it,
Four,
Exhale out the mouth,
Giving some noise,
Four,
Hold it,
Four.
Repeat this cycle three more times on your own,
Allowing each breath to calm your body and mind,
Preparing you to dive deeper into this practice.
Take a moment to adjust yourself into a more comfortable position if you haven't already by either lying down on your back or sitting upright,
Whatever feels most supportive for your body.
Lay your arms rest gently by your sides,
Palms facing up,
Inviting openness.
Close your eyes softly and begin to focus on your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
With each breath,
Feel your body sinking deeper into the surface beneath you,
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Let go of any tension in your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your neck.
Allow your whole body to surrender to the ground,
Feeling fully supported.
Now bring your awareness to the earth beneath you.
Imagine that with each breath in,
You're absorbing grounding energy from the earth,
And with every exhale,
Release any tension,
Stress,
Or resistance.
Feel this grounding energy supporting you now as you create a safe space to explore your inner voice.
As you continue to breathe in,
Bring your awareness to your intention for this practice.
Perhaps your intention is to open your throat chakra,
To express yourself more clearly,
Or to connect with your inner truth.
Take a moment to silently do this now as you settle your intention into your heart.
Breathe in your intention,
And as you exhale,
Let it expand into the space around you.
Bring your awareness to your throat,
The space just above your collarbone,
Where your throat chakra is located.
This chakra is associated with communication,
Self-expression,
And the ability to speak your truth.
Begin to visualize a soft,
Glowing blue light at the center of your throat.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this blue light expanding and radiating outward,
Filling your entire throat.
With each exhale,
Release any tension or blockages that may prevent you from fully expressing yourself.
Feel the energy of your throat chakra opening up,
Becoming more balanced and clear.
Continue breathing gently,
And with each breath,
Allow the blue light to grow brighter.
Maybe even envisioning it swirling around your neck,
Your jaw,
And your shoulders,
Cleansing and clearing any stagnant energy.
Take a moment to do this now.
Now bring to mind a situation where you've been holding back your truth.
It could be a conversation with someone in your life,
Or maybe even a truth you haven't fully acknowledged within yourself.
Picture yourself in this moment,
But this time,
Imagine that your throat chakra is fully open.
You are ready to speak from a place of clarity and confidence.
Visualize yourself speaking your truth with ease,
Grace,
And love.
Feel the words flowing effortlessly,
Without hesitation.
Notice how your body feels as you express yourself fully,
Light,
Free,
And empowered.
Trust that your truth is valuable and necessary.
I will now guide you through a powerful affirmation to align with your throat chakra.
As you listen,
Let the words flow through you.
You can silently repeat them in your mind,
Or if it feels right,
Whisper them softly.
Repeat after me.
Today,
I will honor myself by speaking my truth.
My truth,
Like me,
Is beautifully flawed,
But it is mine.
And today,
I give myself permission to be okay with both the good and the bad in it all.
I give myself permission to speak my truth freely,
Openly,
Honestly,
With wisdom,
Discernment,
And in love.
For my truth was never meant to hurt anyone,
But meant to free and save me.
I give gratitude here and now for my truth and the freedom and balance it brings.

Maybe start by wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes,
Swaying your legs from side to side,
Bringing movement into your body,
