Start by finding a comfortable quiet place to sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a deep breath in one two three four and exhale gently one two three four five six.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply filling your lungs completely one two three four and exhale releasing any tension or distractions one two three four five six.
Let your breath return to a natural rhythm and with each breath feel your body relaxing and settling into the surface beneath you.
Before we begin take a moment to set your intentions for this meditation.
Think about what you would like to focus on today.
Maybe it's clarity on who you want to become or perhaps it's finding the courage to take the next step towards your goals.
Silently affirm your intentions or simply hold it in your mind.
If you're unsure trust that the right intentions will reveal itself during this meditation.
Whatever you choose know that you can return to this meditation anytime and set a new intention to match your needs.
Breathe deeply as you anchor this intention within you.
Inhale one two three four and exhale one two three four five six.
Now imagine it's December 31st 2025 and you're reflecting on the incredible year you've had.
Visualize yourself standing tall confident and proud of who you've become.
Picture the version of you that has fully embraced your potential.
What do you see?
How do you feel?
Perhaps you've reached a personal goal built meaningful relationships or created a life that feels aligned with your values.
See yourself moving through your days with purpose and joy.
Notice how your actions reflect your intentions.
You've become the person you've dreamt of one intentional step at a time.
As you visualize this remind yourself that the journey to become an inspiration of you starts now.
Let's affirm your power to create the life that you desire.
As I say each affirmation repeat it silently or out loud letting it sink deeply into your heart.
I am intentional in every decision I make.
I have the courage to become the person I want to be.
I trust myself to take the right steps forward.
I am worthy of every good thing that comes my way.
I embrace the challenges that shape me into my best self.
Every day I am closer to living a life I envision.
