Take a deep breath in and slowly release it.

Feel the air filling your lungs,

Awakening your body and bringing you into the present moment.

As you breathe,

Notice the quiet strength within you.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your body to relax,

And your heart to open.

Repeat silently or aloud.

I greet this day with gratitude.

I am steady,

Calm,

And ready to begin.

I trust myself to move through today with ease.

With each inhale,

I invite clarity.

With each exhale,

I let go of yesterday's weight.

I am worthy of joy.

I am worthy of peace.

I am worthy of love.

Imagine a gentle light surrounding you,

Filling you with warmth and energy.

This light carries you forward,

Reminding you I have everything I need within me.

I choose to begin this day with hope.

I choose to begin this day with courage.

I choose to begin this day with kindness.

Take one more deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Smile,

Knowing I am present.

I am strong.

I am ready.
