Passion & Creativity (Sacral Chakra) Affirmations

This is a guided affirmation meditation practice focusing on the Sacral Chakra, translating to Passion and Creativity. This practice is brought to you as part of an intention and movement called ACommitmentToLove. So as part of my commitment to love, I am choosing to share these affirmations with you. Affirmations can be powerful tools to help shift our mindset and belief systems if we let them. The listener is introduced to the practice and then is guided through some mindful breath work. The affirmations are then introduced to the listener after grounding into the moment. The listener is then brought back to the present moment and reminded that EVERYONE is creative.
