I would like to take a moment to remind you that meditation is a personal practice.
So please take whatever I say and make it your own.
Please feel free to alter this practice to suit your own needs and comfort.
Today I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-love,
Growth,
And inner peace.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as true for you.
I release the pressure of perfection.
Every day is a new chance to glow.
I radiate confidence and positive energy.
I believe in myself,
My abilities,
And my decisions.
I made the best decision at the time with what I knew.
I make new choices when I have new information.
My potential for growth is limitless.
I value myself.
I embrace and accept myself for who I am.
I am constantly learning,
Growing,
And transforming.
I release my worries and anxieties and I choose trust.
Peace is within me.
I carry my peace wherever I go.
I am curious and understanding.
I am open to new ideas and perspectives.
I embrace changes and new beginnings.
Change reveals my inner strengths and talents.
I embrace my strengths and my vulnerabilities.
I embrace and appreciate the beauty of my journey and the potential for growth.
Even in uncertainty,
I trust that the universe is orchestrating opportunities for my growth and happiness.
I am capable of overcoming and growing beyond my fears.
My resilience grows stronger with each challenge I face.
I choose self-love over self-doubt.

Return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may begin to open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
