I would like to remind you that meditation is a personal practice,
So please take whatever I say and make it your own.
Please feel free to alter this practice to suit your own needs and comfort.
Today I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-love,
Compassion,
And connection.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as truths for you.
I emit warmth,
Love,
And confidence.
Peace is within me.
I draw strength from my inner calm.
I choose to feel secure at all times.
I celebrate love in all its forms.
I am worthy of love and I share that love generously with those around me.
I speak with kindness and intention.
My kindness is for me.
I radiate positivity and positive vibrations surround me.
I embrace and accept myself for who I am.
In my authenticity,
I find strength,
Worth,
And a uniqueness that adds value to the world.
I accept my flaws and my strengths.
I value my capacity.
I honor my complexity.
I am expansive enough to hold space for myself and for others.
I hold space for others to share their truth.
I am big enough to validate myself and others' perspectives.
I practice understanding and compassion.
Now,
Return your focus to your breath.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
