So in the next few minutes I'm going to guide you into that state.
You don't need to do anything perfectly,
Just follow my voice.
Close your eyes gently if you didn't do that already.
Let your whole face soften,
Let your shoulders drop.
Gently open your chest and let your arms and legs feel heavy.
Take a slow breath in,
And as you exhale,
Invite your whole body to soften just a little more.
Again,
Breathe in and out.
With every exhale,
You're letting go of tension that you don't need to carry.
Now gently notice your thoughts,
Without following them.
Just notice them gathering together as you breathe in,
And as you breathe out,
Let them move away from you.
So inhale,
Gather.
Exhale,
Release.
Again,
Inhale,
Gather.
Exhale,
Release.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Let your mind become a little quieter,
Your body a little softer,
Your energy a little more open.
And now we shift into receiving.
Let these words land,
You don't have to force belief,
Just allow them in.
I am open and ready to receive all the good that life has to offer.
Abundance flows into my life in ways I can see,
And in ways I don't expect yet.
I am worthy of receiving more in all areas of my life.
I receive love,
Support and opportunities that align with me.
I allow abundance to come to me with ease.
I am open to new levels of expansion.
I receive without needing to chase or prove.
I welcome more into my life and I am ready for it.
I am someone who naturally receives.
I trust that everything that's meant for me is available for me.
I receive in ways that feel right,
Natural and aligned.
Abundance is not something I have to force,
It's something that I allow.
Let these words settle into your body,
Not as pressure but as possibility.

Notice the space that you've created,

It's there.
