Close your eyes if you haven't already.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it gently,
And exhale through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your body soften,
Let yourself arrive.
Now,
Feel the support beneath you,
Wherever you are,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Notice that you're being held.
Now gently place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Feel your breath moving.
Feel your presence.
You don't have to do anything to earn this moment.
You're allowed to be here,
Fully.
Let's breathe into that truth.
Inhale kindness.
Exhale pressure.
Inhale softness.
Exhale self-doubt.
Breathe as if you truly believe you are enough.
Each inhale filling,
Each exhale releasing.
Feel yourself settle.
Now,
Gently repeat in your mind or softly out loud,
I am enough.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I trust who I am.
My voice matters.
I carry quiet confidence within me.
I am whole.
Let each word land like a whisper to your heart.
Let it be true.
You've just given yourself the gift of remembrance,
Remembering who you are beneath the noise.
You are not your doubts.
You are not your insecurities.
You are the one who notices them and chooses differently.
Take one last full breath in.
