Hello all,
Welcome back.
Today we are going to learn about soul contracts and more importantly why certain relationship activates something inside us.
I'm going to give you some live examples,
Real-life examples for you to have a deeper understanding.
And also,
How do we know that our sole contract is completed with this person or the situation?
And also some self-reflection and integration tools to practice whenever you need it.
In saying that let's get started Have you ever experienced a relationship that was very difficult for you to let go of?
Perhaps the connection was intense,
Emotionally challenging,
Or filled with repeated or numerous conflicts.
And even after the relationship ended,
You kept continue thinking about it and replaying the stories over and over and over again.
Today we'll explore soul contracts from another perspective,
The lessons certain relationships may bring and how we can begin finding peace and completion.
This is the purpose of today's lesson.
I just want to share that.
In some spiritual teachings,
Soul contracts are understood as opportunities for growth and healing.
And that doesn't necessarily mean that you should allow yourself to be abused.
So having a discernment is very important.
So certain relationships may bring forward fears,
Emotional wounds,
Or patterns we haven't fully recognized yet.
Perhaps a fear of abandonment,
A fear of intimacy,
Did me for approval and recognition.
Different traditions explore these patterns such as karma in Hinduism and Buddhism,
Chikung from the lens of Kabbalah,
Samskaras from the lens of Buddhism,
And in modern world you can say modern psychology classify this as conditioning of the mind.
Although each has its own meaning,
But the important question isn't simply why someone activate these feelings inside us.
The most important thing is what we can learn about ourselves through the experience because every person who comes into our life is trying to teach us something about ourselves.
So this is just the philosophy aspect of it.
I'm going to give a real life example and let's see if we can understand in a more simple way.
So let's meet Marina.
Marina repeatedly finds herself in relationships where she feels emotionally abandoned.
Whenever her partner needs space,
She becomes anxious.
She wants validation and reassurance,
Tries harder to maintain connection,
And sometimes ignores her own needs,
Which means she completely loses herself in order to be in this relationship.
Eventually.
.
.
Another relationship ends for her.
So Marina asks herself,
Why does this keep happening to me?
But gradually,
She begins asking a different question.
What is this experience showing me about myself?
So she recognizes her fear of abandonment.
She begins learning to express her needs and develop healthy boundaries.
The relationship may have ended,
But her understanding of herself has changed.
So this is where So contract learnings plays a big role.
So now the next question is when is a sole contract complete?
This is important thing to understand.
From the spiritual perspective,
Completion is not always about ending a relationship.
Sometimes it means that our relationship with the experience changes.
We no longer feel the same need to blame,
Pursue,
Defend or replay the past stories.
We may experience greater clarity,
Forgiveness or inner peace.
But completion doesn't necessarily require forcing forgiveness or pretending we are not hurted.
And believing in soul contract never means we must remain in a harmful relationship as I said before.
That growth doesn't mean that you need to be in abusive relationship.
Sometimes the lesson is learning when to let go this is the most important thing i want to share today my teacher i remember he said you need to know when to leave the party so sometimes the lesson is learning when to let go and i know sometimes it's challenging but The moment we have learned the lesson,
We can let go with peace.
If we haven't learned the lesson,
We will keep clinging to this relationship or situations.
Again,
This is just a philosophical aspect.
My intention is to guide you a small reflection exercise to see if you can understand and tap into these teachings directly.
So when you feel safe and ready,
Please close your eyes.
Let's take a deep inhale Exhale,
Let go.
Let's do it one more time.
Inhale.
Excel let go Think about a relationship.
That has changed you.
Or left a lasting emotional impression.
Choose something that feels manageable to explore today.
So think about a relationship that has challenged you or left you a lasting emotional impression.
Ask yourself.
What has this relationship helped me recognize about myself?
Is there a familiar fear,
Belief or pattern that I can begin understanding?
Differently.
And last question,
Ask yourself.
What can I learn?
What can I accept?
Or release.
So I can move forward with greater peace.
Together let's take a deep inhale again Exhale let go Take a moment.
To receive this understanding,
Receive these messages.
And when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Thank you for practicing this exercise with me today.
I hope you got.
.
.
Some reflection and some understanding from a different perspective.
So,
I just want to finish off this lesson today by sharing that not every meaningful relationship is meant to last forever.
Some relationships support us,
Some relationships challenge us,
And someone invites us to recognize patterns we may have been carrying for years.
We cannot always choose what happens in our relationship,
But we can begin choosing how we learn and how we grow through these experiences.
And understanding that sometimes completion is not about changing the other person,
It's about finding greater freedom within ourselves.
So thank you for taking the time to learn with me and until next time Thank you and Namaste.
