I am consciousness is the realization of who I really is.

It is an inner understanding of self.

As we come to realize our divinity from a much deeper level,

The intention behind this meditation is to meet the real you,

The divine you.

So when you are ready,

Please close your eyes.

Begin your journey by turning your attention inward.

Feel your body.

Feel its weight grounding you in the present moment.

A tangible reminder of your presence in this space and time.

Take a moment to scan your body,

Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.

Perhaps there is a tightness in your chest.

Perhaps there is a stiffness in your shoulders.

Or perhaps there is a subtle ache in your hips.

Allow yourself to acknowledge these sensations without the need to change them.

With a gentle intention,

Invite your body to relax.

Imagine each muscle softening,

Each breath carrying with it a wave of soothing ease.

Let yourself be fully present in your body,

Allowing it to become a sanctuary of peace and tranquility.

Now shift your awareness to the rhythmic pulse of your heartbeat.

A steady rhythm echoing the essence of your being.

With each beat connecting you to the very source of life itself.

As you breathe,

Allow each inhale and each exhale to guide you deeper into the present moment.
