Hi,

Frankie here,

And welcome to this meditation,

Where together we will explore the inner seeds of your desires,

Why you want what you want.

As we journey within,

We will peel back the layers of surface level wants and uncover the true essence of your soul's yearnings.

This exploration is a step towards freedom,

Freedom from chasing what no longer aligns with you and embracing what is deeply meaningful.

Take a moment to settle in,

Let your body find comfort,

Closing your eyes and softening your gaze inwards.

Take a breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs,

Hold it for a moment,

And now exhale fully through your mouth,

Releasing all tension.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling your breath nourishing your body,

And exhale,

Letting go of any weight you've carried with you today.

Let yourself now just breathe natural,

Slow breaths in and out of your body.

With each breath,

Imagine yourself rooting gently into the earth beneath you,

Grounded and supported.

And say these words to yourself,

I am safe to explore,

I am open to understand my desires.

Gently scan your body,

Bringing your awareness to any areas of tension,

Starting at the crown of your head and move downward to your forehead,

Jaw,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Chest,

Belly,

Hips,

Legs,

Feet.

If you notice any tension,

Now breathe in to the area or areas of tension you noticed,

Softening it with each exhale.

Now allow yourself just to arrive fully in this moment,

Reflecting on desires.

Now bring to your mind a desire,

Something you deeply want in your life.

It could be related to your career,

Relationships,

Health,

Personal growth,

Or something completely different.

Don't overthink it.

Whatever naturally arises and comes to mind is perfect.

You'll find this is different every time you do this meditation.

Now hold this desire gently in your awareness.

It's like a seed resting in the palm of your hand.

Ask yourself,

Why do I want this?

Let the first response arise without any judgment.

It may be an emotion,

A thought,

Or an image.

Once you have that first response,

Dig a little deeper.

What do I believe this desire will give me?

Is it security,

Love,

Recognition,

Freedom,

Or something else?

Now ask again,

Is this desire coming from my soul or from a place of fear?

If it's unclear,

That's okay.

Simply breathe and trust the process.

Now imagine yourself walking through a garden of desires.

Each plant represents something you've longed for.

Some plants are lush and thriving.

Others may be wilting or overgrown.

You see one plant that represents the desire you're holding now,

And you gently approach it.

Notice its condition.

Is it healthy,

Vibrant,

Or struggling to grow?

Kneel down and dig your hands into the soil surrounding it.

Feel the earth,

Warm and nourishing,

As you uncover its roots.

At the root of this plant lies the seed of its origin.

Ask yourself,

When did I first plant this seed of wanting?

Was it planted by me,

Or did someone else give it to me?

Breathe and allow the memories or feelings to arise.

You may recall a moment from childhood,

Or a past experience where this desire took root.

Releasing or nurturing.

If you discover that this desire was planted out of fear,

Societal expectations,

Or the need to prove something,

Gently acknowledge it.

There is no need for judgment.

You are simply observing the truth.

If this desire no longer serves you,

Imagine yourself lifting the seed from the soil and releasing it into the wind.

Watch as it floats away,

Freeing you.

Affirm in your mind,

I release what no longer aligns with my truth.

If this desire is aligned with your heart's calling,

Visualize yourself nurturing the seed with love,

Water,

And light.

Feel a sense of excitement and purpose as you tend to it.

Affirm silently,

I nourish what is meant for me.

I trust my soul's path.

Connecting to freedom.

Breathe deeply as you step away from the garden.

Feel a sense of spaciousness within you,

A space where clarity and freedom reside.

Ask yourself,

What does true freedom feel like in my body?

Notice any sensations of lightness,

Warmth,

Or expansion within.

Visualize yourself moving forward in life,

No longer chasing desires out of fear or pressure,

But instead allowing aligned desires to unfold naturally.

Affirm silently,

I am free to desire from a place of love,

Purpose,

And joy.

What is meant for me will come to me.

Integration.

Let your awareness return to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Bringing in the energy of freedom.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any lingering tension.

And now begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently bringing movement back into your body.

And as you're coming back,

Say the words,

I trust myself.

I am free.

I trust myself.

I am free.

As you come back to the room,

Remember this meditation is a guide for you to plant only the seeds that lead to your true freedom and releasing all that is not for your greater good.

Namaste.
