Rise like a phoenix from the fire,
Find your comfortable space where you won't be disturbed,

Closing down your eyes and take three deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose,

Letting your belly contract,

Keeping now with your own deep breaths in and out of your body,

Imagine a golden mist surrounding you,
This is warm,
Protective,
It's ancient,
With each inhale,
Feel yourself becoming lighter as if your soul remembers how to soar,
With each exhale,
Release any tension,
Any heaviness within,
Melting,
Softening,
Dissolving,
Now we will begin to count down from 10 to 1 and with each number,
You drop deeper,
Like descending into the sacred cave of your soul,
With each number,
You shed a layer,
Until only your true self remains,

Floating above the earth,
Where the sky kisses your skin,

The golden mist thickens,
Wrapping around you like a cocoon of ancient wisdom,

It's not here to harm you,
It's here to transform you,

A wise shamanic guide steps forward,
They smile,
Offering a feather,
A symbol of your soul's power,
Facing the fire of transformation,
You step closer to the fire,

Memories and struggles begin to surface,
You see images of your past pain,
You breathe in courage,
And you exhale the old pain,

Watching the pain dissolve in the fire,
Next you see fear,
And you place your fear into the fire,
You watch the fear burning away,

Doubt,
Now you place all your doubts about yourself into the fire,
Watching doubt burn away,
The old stories of your mind,
Throw them all into the fire,
One by one release the stories into the fire,

Now with every breath in you breathe in courage,
You breathe in courage and exhale all the old stories,
Watching them burning,
Dissolving away in the fire,
The heat now intensifies,
But instead of fear,
You are feeling empowered,

This fire does not destroy you,
It reveals who you truly are,

It enables you to become powerful and strong,

Now you notice a golden egg forming at the centre of the flames,

You step forward and merge into it,
Feeling warmth enveloping you,
Your body dissolves into pure light,
Merging with the fire,
You are no longer bound by your struggles,
For they are all being burnt away,
You are being reborn,
Feathers of radiant gold and crimson emerge from your skin,
You are rising above,
Powerful force lifts you upwards,
You spread your wings,
The wind carries you higher and higher,
Above the desert,
Above the earth,
You feel light,
You feel free,
You feel unstoppable,
Looking down you see your old self,
The version that once held fear,
You send love to that version of you,
But you no longer need to stay there,
You rise higher,
Feeling a deep sense of purpose,
Clarity and strength,

A golden light encircles you,
Guiding you gently back,
As you descend,
The fire is no longer behind you,
The fire is now within you,

As you touch down,
Feeling stronger,
Clearer and deeply connected to your true power,
You have released all that is not for your greater good,

You are the phoenix,
