Welcome,

Dear soul,

To this short meditation,

Quiet the Mind,

Let Your Soul Speak.

In the next few minutes,

You'll gently calm the noise of the mind,

Allowing the quiet voice of your soul to emerge steady,

Clear,

And wise.

Now,

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Feel your body begin to relax.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to relax,

And your mind to settle into your place for meditation.

Bringing your awareness to your breath,

Notice the temperature of the air as you inhale,

And the warmth as you exhale.

Let your breath be slow and natural,

No need to control it,

Just allow it to flow.

Now,

Bring your attention to the space between your thoughts.

Notice the quiet gaps,

The stillness beneath the thinking.

If a thought arises,

Simply observe it without judgment,

And let it drift away like a cloud passing through the sky.

Say to yourself,

I quiet my mind,

I soften to this stillness.

With each breath,

Feel your mind becoming quieter,

Softer,

More spacious.

Feel the quiet beneath the thoughts,

This quiet is where your soul speaks.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart center,

The space in the middle of your chest.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat,

Feel the quiet pulse of life within you.

In this stillness,

You can sense the presence of your soul,

Calm,

Clear,

Steady.

Say silently to yourself,

I trust the voice of my soul,

I am guided from within.

Now,

Imagine a soft light forming in your heart,

Warm and golden,

This light represents the truth of your soul,

The part of you that always knows the way.

With each breath,

Feel this light growing stronger,

Warmer,

More radiant.

You see,

You don't need to search for answers,
