Welcome to today's meditation.
This shamanic soul meditation is designed to awaken and balance the seven energy centers within you,
Strengthening your aura and bringing you into deep alignment with your body,
Soul and mind.
Now take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,
Allow your body to relax as you gently close your eyes,
Begin to deepen your breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest and gently out of your mouth,
Again in,
Belly,
Chest expanding,
Releasing gently out of your mouth,
One more deep in,
Expanding your belly and chest and exhaling letting it go through your mouth.
Now let your body just breathe deep grounding breaths in and out,
Feel the earth beneath you,
Steady and strong,
Imagine your roots extending from your body into the earth,
Grounding you deeply into the heart of mother earth,
Feel her energy rising up through your roots,
Bringing in a sense of safety and support,
Now bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
To your root chakra,
Muladhara,
See a deep rich red light growing here,
This is your foundation,
Your connection to survival,
Strength and belonging,
Feel the red light growing warmer and brighter as you breathe into it,

I am safe,
I am grounded,
I am supported by mother earth,
Now gently bring your awareness up towards your sacral chakra,
Just below your navel,
See a bright orange light swirling and expanding with every breath you take,
This is your centre of creativity,
Pleasure and emotional flow,
Feel this energy becoming fluid and balanced as you breathe into your body,

I flow with ease,
And now shifting your focus up to your solar plexus chakra,

At the centre of your abdomen,
See a golden yellow light radiating outwards,
This is your seat of power and confidence,
Feel this golden light growing brighter,
Filling you with strength and self-belief,

I am radiant,
As your awareness now moves to the centre of your chest,
Moving to your heart chakra,

See a beautiful green light glowing warmly,
This is the centre of love,
Compassion and connection,
As you breathe,
Feel your heart opening,
Expanding with unconditional love for yourself and for others,

My heart is open,
Shifting your awareness to your throat chakra,

See a shimmering blue light at the centre of your throat,
Swirling gently within,
This is the centre of your truth,
Self-expression,
Feel the blue light becoming clearer and more vibrant as you breathe into it,

I am heard,
My words are powerful,
Your awareness effortlessly moving to the centre of your forehead,
The third eye chakra,
Ajna,
See a deep indigo light glowing between your eyebrows,
This is the centre of inner knowing and intuition,
As you breathe,
Feel this light sharpening your senses and opening your inner vision,

I trust my intuition,
I see clearly,
I am guided from within,
Your awareness moves to the top of your head,
The crown chakra,
See a radiant violet or white light above you,
This is your connection to the divine universal wisdom,
Feel this light pouring down from above,
Filling you with peace and spiritual alignment,

I am connected,
I am one with the universe,
I trust the divine flow of life,
Now visualise each of your chakras are spinning together in harmony from the root to the crown,
See the colours red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo and violet all blending together into a radiant column of light flowing through your spine from the base all the way to the crown,
This column of light begins to radiate now outward,
Forming a glowing field around you,
This is your aura,
Feel your aura expanding with each breath you take,
Glowing brighter and more vibrant,
Feel it becoming a shield of light and protection emanating peace and strength around you,

My energy flows freely,
My aura is strong and radiant,

Feel the light of your aura now pulsing,
Moving with the rhythm of your breath,
As you breathe deeply with every inhale your aura strengthens,

See your aura as a beautiful shimmering light that radiates several feet in all directions around you,
Notice how it reflects the colours of your chakras,
Rich red from your face,
Bright orange from the sacral centre,

Vibrant green from your heart,
Clear blue from your throat and deep indigo from your third eye,
It's all shimmering in a violet light at your crown,
As you breathe feel this aura becoming an energetic shield,
This shield repelling any negativity or stagnant energy and absorbing positivity,
Life affirming energy from the universe,
Your aura is a sacred field of protection,
A reflection of your inner balance and your inner strength,
