Welcome dear soul,

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth,
Again inhale feeling your chest expand,
Exhale letting go of any pressure or doubt,
Begin to breathe deeply into your belly now,
Inhale belly expanding,
Drawing in calm and as you exhale release all tension,
Feeling your body soften,
The crown of your head relaxing,
Your jaw unclenching,
Your shoulders melting away from your ears,
Feel the ground beneath you,
Holding you,
Supporting you,
You are safe here,

To your own heart,
