Welcome to this space for you to pause,
Breathe and connect with your inner wilderness,
The wild untamed place within you that is free,
Authentic and whole.
Close your eyes,
Take a slow breath in,
And a long breath out,
Again breathing in courage and breathing out release.
With every exhale let go of the need to perform,
Let go of the need to please,
Let go of the need to prove,
This moment in this meditation is yours.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and solid,
Imagine roots growing from your body now,
Down into the earth,
Anchoring you in safety and truth.
No matter what storms may come,
You are held here,
You belong here,
You are enough,
Exactly as you are.
Now picture yourself standing at the edge of a vast wilderness,
The path before you is untamed,
Uncertain and yet deeply inviting.
This wilderness represents your authenticity,
A place where you can stand alone and still feel whole.
With every breath imagine yourself walking into this sacred space,
Leaving behind the masks,
The noise,
The expectations of others.
Silently or aloud repeat these truths,
I am willing to stand alone in my truth,
My belonging begins with me,
Vulnerability is my greatest courage,
I choose authenticity over approval.
Breathe these words into your heart,
Letting them settle like seeds in fertile soil,
Bring your hands gently to your chest,
Feel the steady rhythm of your heartbeat,
With each beat you are reminded you belong to yourself,
You are connected to all life,
You are never truly alone.
Breathe in to this wilderness within you,
Free,
Wild,
Authentic and alive,
This is your sacred space of truth,
Carry this feeling with you,
Take one more deep breath in,
Exhale fully and when you are ready gently open your eyes.
