Where we will connect deeply with different aspects of heart consciousness to awaken self-healing within.
Find yourself in your comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
And now close your eyes and take a moment to settle into your space.
Allow the weight of your body to melt into the support beneath you.
As you begin,
Feel the natural rhythm of your breath.
Notice any tension in your body and invite your body to soften.
Your heart is more than a physical organ.
It's a gateway to profound wisdom,
Emotional balance,
Self-healing,
24 hours a day pumping blood through your body.
Today,
Through rounds of deep conscious breathing and affirmations,
We will journey through different aspects of heart consciousness.
Each will guide you to deeper layers and levels of healing,
Compassion,
And alignment with your inner self.
Today,
Let your breath be the bridge to this sacred space within.
Let's start with round one.
Take a deep breath in and exhale out.
Inhale completely.
Hold it for a moment and now exhale slowly through your mouth.
Awakening the heart.
To awaken the heart is to connect with its expansive life-giving energy.
As you breathe,
Imagine your heart is a powerful source of light,
Awakening its wisdom,
Courage,
And ability to heal.
Feel your breath gently opening this sacred space,
Melting away any walls built from past pain.
With each inhale,
Sense this light growing and with each exhale,
Release any heaviness or emotional residue,
Blocking your heart's full potential.
Breathe in deeply to open your heart.
Breathe out letting go of past hurts.
Breathe in openness.
Breathe out heaviness.
Breathe in expansion.
Breathe out the weight of the past.

Feel the love you would give to a dear friend being redirected inward,
Offering yourself the same tenderness and grace you deserve.
We will take some deep breaths again together.
