This I AM Energy Diffusion Technique is designed to allow you to experience inner peace in response to situations, thoughts, and/or emotions that leave you feeling anxious/depressed/in pain, etc. You will identify how the situation/thoughts/emotions show up in your physical body. Then, you will be invited to honor yourself by being with the feelings, as if to say, "It's OK that you are here," "I am with you." With self-acceptance of where you are in the healing process, you are invited to be available for internal insights about what (else) you need to fully heal. May you find the space and permission you need to further process hurts. Know that you cannot do this wrong! Dare to trust the process.
