From that place, Debbey discovered tools with holistic living (food, exercise, sleep, etc.), meditation, yoga, spirituality, and yoga therapy that changed her life! She's pursued certifications in I AM Yoga Nidra, 200 hr yoga teacher training from Carson Calhoun's School of Yoga, I AM Postures of Consciousness, and I AM Yoga Therapy I. She is enrolled in an 800-hour yoga therapy program through the Amrit Yoga Institute. A yoga practitioner since 2018 and a devotee to daily meditation since 2020, Debbey's passion is to create space for others to find healing, peace, hope, and joy. May you be blessed.
