Welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

Before we begin,

Please know that this meditation is an invitation,

Not an obligation.

Remember,

If at any point the words,

The pacing,

Or imagery don't feel supportive for you,

You are free to adjust,

To open your eyes,

To return to the breath,

Or to stop altogether.

Please trust your own wisdom.

You are always the authority on your inner experience.

If it feels right,

Allow yourself to settle in now,

With curiosity,

With gentleness,

Or with permission to take only what serves you and leave the rest behind.

Let's begin.

Taking a moment to arrive,

Allow your body to settle.

You want to be very,

Very comfortable,

Whether you're seated,

Standing,

Or lying down.

Remember,

There is nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing else you need to do.

Just gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Now let's take a deep,

Slow breath in through the nose and exhale or release it gently through the mouth.

Again,

Inhaling through the nose,

Receiving this moment,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Letting go of the day so far.

One more time,

We'll breathe in presence and we'll breathe out effort.

As you continue to breathe,

Naturally bring awareness to your body.

Notice where you are supported,

By the ground beneath you,

By the chair,

The floor,

Feeling the quiet strength holding you as you release your body.

With each exhale,

Allow your muscles to soften.

Releasing the muscles of the face,

The brow relaxes,

The jaw unclenches,

The shoulders drop away from the ears,

Allowing the body to rest.

Today we step beyond the places where practice is contained.

Stepping beyond techniques and postures,

Beyond what we do,

And into how we live.

This is where spirit meets daily life,

Where breath becomes prayer,

Where awareness becomes devotion,

Connecting every step,

Every word,

Every choice to his glory.

Bring your attention now to your heart space,

The center of your chest.

Imagine a gentle warmth there,

A quiet light illuminating in and around the heart.

This is not something you create,

But something you remember.

This light is wisdom,

It's knowledge,

It's this light is love.

This light is the divine presence already within you.

Rest your awareness here.

As you breathe in,

Silently say,

I receive,

I receive.

As you breathe out,

Silently say,

I offer,

I offer.

Inhaling,

I receive.

Exhaling,

I offer.

Inhaling,

Receiving grace.

Exhaling,

Offering gratitude.

His glory is not distant.

It is not reserved for holy places only.

His glory lives in the ordinary,

In breath moving through the body,

In kindness exchanged,

In courage rising quietly within the heart.

It is present when we listen deeply,

When we choose compassion over reaction,

When we meet ourselves and others with truth.

Now imagine that each breath,

This inner light gently expands so the heart is illuminated,

The chest is illuminated.

This light is filling the shoulders,

The arms and the hands,

Into the face,

Into the head,

Down through the belly,

The hips,

The legs and feet,

Until your entire body is softly illuminated.

You are not striving to shine.

You are allowing what already is.

As this light surrounds you,

Reflect gently.

How does my practice live?

How do I carry presence into conversation,

Work,

Service,

Rest?

How do I show up?

How does this light show up in my conversations,

In my work,

Service,

And rest?

How does my life reflect his glory,

Not through perfection,

But through sincerity?

No need to answer.

Just allow the question to open space within you.

How does my life reflect his glory,

Not through perfection,

But through sincerity?

We remember that wisdom is lived,

Not performed.

That truth is embodied.

That awakening happens in kitchens,

Streets,

Relationships,

And moments of choice.

This is where sound becomes silence,

Where teaching becomes being,

Where practice becomes prayer.

Take another slow,

Nourishing breath.

Feel gratitude.

Receive that gratitude.

Receive the grace in this body,

For this body,

For this breath,

For the opportunity to remember what matters.

If it feels right,

Place a hand over your heart.

Silently offering a dedication.

Silently offering gratitude and grace.

Dedication for clarity or service or love in action.

If you have time and the desire,

I invite you to stay here a little longer.

There's no need to move on.

You might remain seated in silence,

Resting in the feeling of presence,

Or simply noticing how this moment wants to unfold.

And if now is the time to continue your day,

Gently return awareness to the room.

Noticing the sounds around you,

The air on your skin,

The subtle movement of breath.

Wiggling the fingers and the toes softly.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Know that you don't leave this practice behind.

It walks with you in your breath,

In your choices,

In the quiet ways love moves through ordinary life.

Carrying this presence with you beyond,

Into the world,

As a living reflection of His glory.

Thank you for sharing this time.

May what you've touched here continue to reveal itself.

Namaste.
